With reference to your letter of June last, I am directed to acquaint you for the information of the Duke of Newcastle, that a Circular despatch has been addressed to the Colonies, instructing them that whenever Military Convicts are sent home from the Foreign Stations, they are to be careful to transmit by the same opportunity the GR1178/1922/32(III) or other prescribed form to the Chief Justice or other Judge.
